Instructions for using Hot Chocolate Flakes:
Simply heat 220ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave, or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 7 teaspoons (35g) of Hot Chocolate Flakes and stir until melted through. Our flakes can be used in a Velvetiser or equivalent hot chocolate makers.

Milk Salted Caramel Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa solids (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), skimmed milk powder, caramel powder (skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk)), butter (milk), lactose (milk), sea salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring: caramel, natural vanilla (milk solids 9.5% min; cocoa solids 44.8% min).
