As the majority of OHC merchandise are bespoke items, we regret that no refunds can be given on purchases or custom orders unless the merchandise is proven to be faulty.

If that is the case then we can exchange for items of the same value or higher from the same Maker only, within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us at hello@ourhandmadecollective.co.uk for further information.
