This table runner was created for us by OHC maker Indigo Plum Creations. It measures approx 86 x 46 cm (34 x 18 inches in old money), and has three layers - a top patchwork layer of complementary spring green, pink and pale yellow prints, a backing layer of bright green, and an inner wadding layer of Insulbrite for structure and thermal insulation. The layers are stitched together with a daisy motif.
The two outside layers are 100% cotton, and the inner wadding is 93.75% polyester and 6.25% metalised polyester.
NOT FOR USE IN MICROWAVE OVENS
Care instructions: a cool wash followed by a short spin is recommended. While they can be tumble dried on a cool setting, you can also freshen them by drying in breezy sunshine on a suitable day. Please be aware that washing may cause slight shrinkage which when combined with the all-over quilting, can give the ‘aged vintage’ look of older patchwork.
