These striking bracelets are made by OHC Maker Indigo Plum Creations. They are made from metal rings “woven” together using the same techniques as Knights’ chain mail of old. Today though these rings are made of aluminium and despite their look the jewellery is unbelievably light. Each ring is opened, carefully placed with the others in the piece according to the particular weave, and then closed again.
The aluminium rings making up the main body of the bracelet are aluminium and do not contain nickel. The fasteners are normal silver plated fasteners.
The Turning Japanese bracelet style also includes a pair of earrings as shown in the photo.
The bracelets are approximately 19-20 cm long.
Each one is gift boxed.
